Step 1 — Disassembly & Part Assessment
We begin by assessing the part — its existing finish, any corrosion or damage present, and the specific prep requirements for that substrate. Wheels are dismounted from tires before coating. Hardware, inserts, and any components that cannot be coated are masked or removed. We document the part condition before work begins so there are no disputes about pre-existing damage.
Step 2 — Surface Preparation
