Restylers Aftermarket Specialist is seeking skilled, detail-oriented Automotive Window Tint Installers for our Fort Walton Beach and Crestview, Florida locations. We are a LLumar dealer offering window tint and paint protection film.
This full-time, in-person position is for an experienced installer who takes pride in quality work and customer satisfaction. You’ll work on a variety of vehicles, with Tesla experience preferred.
Work Monday–Friday, with weekends off. Pay is based on experience, and applicants must have their own tools.
What You'll Do
Prepare & Install
- Prepare vehicles for window tint installation.
- Use hand and power tools for minor disassembly when necessary, including belt moldings and interior trim panels.
- Apply window tint precisely and meet quality standards.
Work as a Team
- Work with the team to meet deadlines and support customer satisfaction.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Follow safety protocols throughout preparation and installation.
Qualifications
Required
- Automotive window tinting experience and the ability to work efficiently.
- Experience working with a variety of vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Your own installation tools.
Preferred
- Three or more years of automotive window tinting experience.
- Familiarity and proficiency with Tesla window tint installation.
- Paint protection film experience is a plus, but is not required.
